My dress came today and although slightly big it's perfect! I asked for a swatch and I have been sent 2metres of material enough for a tie, a headpiece and I am making my own bag. Thank you all so much for your time and how quickly you managed to deliver my custom made dress. I am extremely happy with the material and quality! I would defo recommend you guys anytime!!

I custom ordered this dress for my grade 12 prom last year (2020). I loved the dress, I got it in dark green instead of the blue. Looking at the photo I wasn't a fan of the fabric because I was afraid that with the type of fabric that it was, it would show case my cellulite and stretch marks through the dress. So when I got the dress and saw that the fabric wasn't the same as the photo I was happy knowing that my cellulite and stretch marks wouldn't be on display haha. So I wouldn't count that as a disappointment, however, despite having it be custom ordered and giving all my measurements; I had my mother measure me (she sews) so I trusted that she took the right measurements. So to have my dress not fit me was a disappointment because my prom night wasn't far off and I had to rush around to look for a seamstress to get it adjusted wasn't timely and living in a small country town didn't help the situation. Also the bust was WAY too big for me, I had to not only tape my boobs but u had to look for fillers to fill in the massive space. I spend a lot of the night readjusting them and making sure they didn't unstick. Apart from all that, overall I did love the dress!

We purchased this based on custom sizes to make sure it was the best fit for my daughter to wear to her prom. When it arrived and she put it on, she was utterly transformed and the look on her face took me back to when she was 3 and tried on her first dressing up princess dress.

It was paired with 40s style shoes, gloves, and a beautiful sequin peacock bag and haircomb with a hollywood glam style hair and make-up and she looked sensational.

The small sequins do ping off (my car seat and her bedroom floor are delightfully sparkly) but for the price, the service and the relatively quick delivery, I would definitely recommend this dress from Vampal.
